QR Capture visitor data
Originally developed during COVID to capture contact details from visitors, this application has now enhanced to vet visitors to your school. A series of questions will validate the visitors suitability to enter the school.
Contact information
We are collecting names, email, and phone number along with organisation and the purpose of the visit. Will the visitor have student contact, have they completed necessary training to operate at the school, and have the agreed to our conditions of entry? The visitors contact information is collected directly from the visitor's phone, this expedites the checkin process firstly by removing the bottle kneck at the checkin tablet, and secondly by auto-completing names, email and phone number entry.
Name label / badge
Once the visitor has submitted the completed form a name label or badge can be automatically printed using a thermal printer. Please check with us to ensure support is included for your thermal printer.
Checking out
By default the visitor has a pre-designated checkout time, for example their visit might only be for one hour. However, a PIN number printed on the label can be used at check out to update the actual time of departure.
